Unlike public consumer tech platforms, we specialize in air-gapped and zero-leakage enterprise IT solutions. We never sell, monetize, or feed client data into public machine learning models.
We collect information you explicitly provide when requesting an audit, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our managed IT services (such as contact details, business email, telephone number, and infrastructure specifications).
For clients deploying our Private Cloud AI solutions, all model inferencing and document retrieval operations occur strictly within the client's isolated perimeter or dedicated hardware. PDQ does not retain, mirror, or inspect confidential prompt contents without explicit authorization during maintenance drills.
