Terms of Service

1. Services Overview

PDQ Technology Solutions LLC provides Managed Service Provider (MSP) solutions, Cybersecurity EDR monitoring, emergency on-site triage, structured IT sprints, and Turnkey Private Cloud AI infrastructure deployments.

2. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Priority response times, maintenance windows, and emergency SLA parameters are defined in individual Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) executed with each client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing appropriate physical and digital access required to administer, secure, and maintain designated network equipment and workstations.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
